Refund policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- Due to health and safety reasons, opened personal care, beauty, hygiene, and cosmetic products cannot be returned

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- a damaged item
- a defective item
- or the wrong product
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pinoyherbals@yahoo.com with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Feminine hygiene products
- Beauty and cosmetic products that have been opened
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and carrier charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Pinoy Herbals & Beauty Products is not responsible for customs delays, refused shipments, or additional import-related charges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within several business days depending on your financial institution.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds may be reduced for items returned damaged or not in original condition
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
